How long does it take to complete my order?
We will always strive to complete and dispatch your job as soon as possible. Digital printing will always be the quickest option and can be turned around within 24 hours, but if the job requirement is for offset printing, it could take a few days. When you have a specific time requirement, please advise us at the time of placing your order so that we can work with you to meet that deadline.
How do I place an order?
You can order our full range of business printing online, 24 hours, 7 days a week from our on-line shop . We’ve made the process easy and hassle free.

In what format do I supply my files?
We prefer print ready PDF files for printing. Please also refer to our artwork guidelines section.
Can you help if I don’t have print-ready artwork?
Yes our team of graphic designers are ready to work with you and create a print-ready file. Please submit a design quote request.
Do I pay for delivery?
Delivery to one address is a flat fee of $15, If the order total is over $150 shipping is free. If you require delivery to additional addresses, please advise us when placing the order and we will provide you with a quote for any additional cost.
